Leads a team of Quantity Surveyors during all quantity surveying activities,
including quantity take-off, preparation of construction cost estimates and Bills
of Quantities.
Submits weekly, monthly and quarterly progress
Handles company progress application claim approval to Client.
Supports the tendering process, by taking the responsibility to attend the
tender queries related to Bills of Quantities and evaluation of Tenderers’ for
the preparation of Tender Analysis Report within the stipulated time.
Verifies and generates Cost estimates in regards with Additional works.
Handles subcontract commercial activities majorly progress claim approvals.
Ensure Client satisfaction with quantity surveying deliverables. Implement
company policies and procedures.
Coordinating with Design teams and Specification Engineers, Accountable for
the preparation of BOQ (along with QS team) for quantity take-off and to
ensure all key elements from relevant design departments (including Electrical
and Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil & Piping) are incorporated.
Supervises people handling Earned/Spent Manhours and Project Percentage
Completion Reports.
Submits weekly, monthly and quarterly progress internal and external.
Handles subcontractors invoicing and reports.
Does material takeoff from Engineering IFC drawings.
Submits weekly earned man-hours for planning SE purposes.
Creates and updates CCMS monitoring for all disciplines.
Checks and verifies weekly progress installed on project site.
Handles subcontract commercial activities.
Tracks and claim Contract modifications.
Supervises people handling Earned/Spent Manhours and Project Percentage Completion Reports.
Submits weekly, monthly and quarterly progress internal and external.
