Highlights:
1.) Heads the Electrical group of the plant, Operate,
Maintain, and Leads the troubleshooting of the
69KV substation.
2.) Leads the maintenance and overhauling of LV
motors during Opportunity stops or Scheduled
shutdowns.
3.) Create the Lock-out, Tag-out, Try-out (LOTOTO)
procedure applicable in the plant and identify the

Ballmills, that pulverizes clinker, gypsum, and additives to a
required fineness and dryness. Coordinates with the section
and operating personnel, Performs all activities at mills to the
established procedures and practices.
a.) Reads logbook of outgoing shift to determine operational
condition, defect or repair works to be done on the
grinding mill, weighfeeder - controlled feeders that
automatically weighs, regulates and maintains flow of
materials to grinding mills; Air separators that receives
and classifies ground particles, screw conveyors,
blowers, pneumatic pumps and other accessories.
b.) Directs tender in inspection of oil levels, fittings and other
lubricating points, bearing temperatures, flow of coolants,
positions of tripping relays and interlocks and the general
condition of the mill including declogging of bins, chutes,
feeders, conveyors, pipelines and other points.
c.) Tends the Mills by observing and monitoring its
operation, observing regularly if the PLC displays where
applicable and monitors periodic reading of current,
power and other gauge on control panel.
d.) Stops the mill immediately as needed in such cases of
overheating of bearings, burning of motor coils and clutch
lining or where abnormal operation may lead to
equipment breakdown and inform his supervisor
accordingly.
e.) Adjust weighfeeders settings as specified by the
Laboratory, increases or decreases total feed rate to
attain normal and continuous operation of the mill,
including adjustment of air separator to attain the
required fineness.
f.) Reports/coordinates with superior regarding equipment
performance, malfunction and abnormal operation, and
assist laboratory personnel, process staff, mechanics,
and electricians undertake calibration, maintenance and
repair works.
g.) Prepares operation reports by taking and recording
periodic readings of weighfeeder and other related
parameters that is essential in the normal operation of
the mill.
h.) Computes the total shift production and records operating
time, stoppages, repair and maintenance work
undertaken, abnormalities observed and corresponding
remarks on logbook and logsheet.
