- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of
PABX equipment.
- Attend telephone calls complaint.
- Update telephone numbers if any changes or
additional lines.
- Checked and maintained Mini-PABX, including
repair of telephone unit and other field of works
related, laying of telephone cable, networks cable
cat 5, cat 6.
- Coordinate responsible technician from main MDF
for checking faulty lines.
- Cable termination from telephone cabinet to
subscriber side.
- Installation of MDF krone type terminal block and
terminate 100 and 200 pairs.
- Cable pair testing from MDF Telephone cabinet DP.
- Carried out PMIs as per the check list; Daily
(Incoming and Outgoing trunks), Weekly and Three
Monthly for fan and standby Battery.

- Responsible for maintaining Nortel Networks
Meridian 1 (Option 11C/Mini, 51, 61, 81 and 100.
- Programming of additional extensions number,
procedure as follows; New, Add, Chg, Move and
Swap including some feature as per the instruction
of Supervisor.
- Attend telephone calls complaint as per subscriber
request with the instruction of Supervisor.
- Monitor the telephone billing and report
discrepancies.
- Update telephone directory changes.
- Carried out PMIs as per the check list such as; Daily
(Incoming and Outgoing trunks, Tie trunks and all
the Links), Weekly and Three Monthly.
- Checked and Maintained ATM (Asynchronous
Transfer Mode), Telephone lines and Circuits
complaint, CCTV, Repair, Installations TTC,
Telephone Cable Jointer, DDN, DSL, SDH, MDF.
Networks cable Cat 5, Cat 6 and Coaxial.
- Provide Telephone Training for Level 5 and 7 of
RSAF (Royal Saudi Air Force) and for new staff.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of
PABX, Meridian 1 Nortel Networks (Option 11Mini).
- Programming of additional new extensions number
and features if needed such as; New, Add, Chg,
Move and Swap). Included Daily scheduled PMIs
(Incoming and Outgoing trunks, Telephone lines
and Circuits complaint.
- Repair and troubleshoot such as CCP
(Communication Control Panel), VDU (Video Digital
Unit), and Tel. unit.
- Installer and maintenance of CCTV.
- Normal scheduled maintenance.
- Maintenance & Installer of Mini PABX and CCTV.
- Repair & troubleshoot such as; Mini PABX, Tel. unit
and other field of works related.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of
PABX and Pager system.
- Maintenance for the Telesignal such as CCTV (Close
Circuit Television), Nurse call, Fire alarm & Clock.
- Repair & troubleshoot such as Mini PABX, Telephone
unit, and other field of works related.
