Organize, develop, and maintain assigned recreational sports programs and activities. Oversee location facility including the routine maintenance. Annual inspection (specialty General Sports activities, football, cricket, aquatic, etc.). Supports the overall planning, coordination, implementation, and administration of multiple sports programs and or at a variety of facilities. Ensures the delivery of sports programs. Conducts program and site visits. Ensures that the program locations, equipment, and supplies meet health and safety standards. Interacts with staff, participants, spectators, and other community members to provide program information. Assists and promotes sports programs. Performs administrative tasks to support the program. Attends and participates in meetings and training sessions.
Projects: Various finishing and fit-out projects
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and material. Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives. Analyze risk, and opportunities and monitor project progress. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Project: Doha Metro Gold Line Underground (tunnel, station, and bridges)
Close liaison with project design and technical team, and internal project team. Ensure timely, presentable, consistent, and high level of quality design information both internally and externally. Provide value engineering and installation efficiency. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings and as-built drawings produced before distribution to the site and submission for approval. Site visit reports on key observations. Clear and defined design drawings and information. Ensuring server project file contains the latest design information, internal & external. Easily accessible for the project team. Revision of details as the design progresses, insufficient time to keep work progressing. Identification of additional requirements for details/sketches. BIM & CAD, Revit standards implementation of design knowledge updates to coordinate, impulse, and direct a project digitally and work with others efficiently and collaboratively.
Project: Doha Metro Red Line Underground (tunnel, station, and bridges)
Oversee design progress to meet the deadline schedule. Implement corrective measures for identified distractions or issues before releasing for submission, site information, and fabrication. Review, negotiate, and recommend for approval/disapproval on design change orders. Administer design before sending it to the factory for the production of GRP Panels. Coordinate and monitor the status of incoming and outgoing correspondence from clients and sub-contractors.. Perform constructive reviews conforming design to prime contract requirements and proposal commitments. Coordinate and control design submittals for the client’s review and approval. Facilitate resolving design issues with clients. Assisting preparation of shop drawings and BIM models to be submitted to the client/consultant for review and approval.

Elaborating contract drawings for client approval using the latest AutoCAD software. Resolve discrepancies and missing data and ensure no conflicts with construction plans. Formulates sketches, field adjustments, and requests for information. Visiting the project site for inspection and actual field to prepare drawings for client approval. Perceives to it that whatever drawing work assigned to the department is accomplished on time. Monitoring and controlling incoming drawings from subcontractors before submitting them to the consultant for approval. Updates previously recorded engineering drawings, maps, profiles, and plans with new as-built data utilizing;
converts paper plans to current as-built plans. Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Startup, Procedure Document preparation/review. Punch management, Preparation for system take over from Consultant and Client, Handover of the project partly or fully to an asset. Coordination with all disciplines for smooth and safe Pre-Comm./Commissioning/Startup of the Project. Review and organize the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Dossiers. Collecting all the required information for the as-built drawings of all elements in the project organization and coordinating for approval of the as-built drawings according to project specifications. Assisting the construction manager to obtain the required approvals of the as-built drawings required as per
project specifications.
Various Residential Devp’t Projects (luxury villas, royal palace) - Client Nakheel/Emaar/Jumeirah Group
Manage and develop a team of construction and personnel; Plan, organize, and direct construction activity, manpower, and equipment. Supervise the execution of scheduled construction. Coordinate and recommend the execution of every work package as per the project specification. Monitoring project budget and controlling cost. Checking and approval of the cash expenditure. Coordinate with stakeholders and representatives daily to accomplish the project scope smoothly. Provide policy advice in schedule preparation, development planning, and budgeting. Controlling approval of works, materials, and types of equipment by the subcontractor. Inspecting and monitoring the site works-in-progress and manpower working in critical areas that must comply with the Quality, and Health & Safety standards. Carry out a final inspection before handing it over to subcontractors. Prepare manpower schedule, materials, and equipment usage for the project. Preparing work productivity progress data and information reports.
