Develops specifications and performance test requirements to facilitate procurement of parts and equipment for aeronautical and aerospace products: Analyzes technical data, designs, preliminary specifications, manufacturing limitations, supplier facilities, and availability of parts and equipment.

▪ Formulating and devising local & international purchase plans to standardize the procurement process of the company, monitoring procurement activities and
reporting the same to the senior management.
▪ Analyzing procurement needs and logistical constraints, to contribute key inputs while floating requisitions/tenders, and finalizing contracts for services and products. Interfacing with technical support team and engineers to identify key relevant requirements, and creating confluence purchase/service solutions to prevent, incompatibility in service and product flow.
▪ Monitoring and controlling procurement costs. Coordinating with finance department and key suppliers for payment issues, critical supplies and credit lines.
▪ Renewing or terminating contracts of suppliers in view of past performance
considering the several factors like cost effectiveness, product quality, delivery time, as well as drafting Payment Certificate to ascertain prompt payment to the suppliers.
▪ Assessing complete material movements encompassing surplus materials available on projects warehouse, demand forecast and disposal arrangements of surplus materials.
