• Responsibility for the Middle East business of Raiffeisen Bank Computer Center, full responsible Managing Director for the three companies in the region (Syscom Emirates LLC - Dubai, Shiraz Vanguards of Technologies - Iran, Syscom Middle East GmbH - Vienna)
• Setup of local companies fully adopted to the rules and culture of the market (Arabian company, Persian company)
• Highly Accepted in the local market, customer success stories within the first year
• Established a sales and service network in GCC Countries and Sudan
• Engaged new local investors and partners to strengthen the local touch, with final buyout of 60% of the company’s shares to the local investors.
