Design Team Leader / Civil Engineer for the Design Build Operate and Maintain Contract for the 56, 200 MLD Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge wastewater treatment plant at Al Dhakhira, Qatar. This project included advanced nutrient removal, ultrafiltration, ultraviolet disinfection, a large septage receiving facility, a transfer pump station and 115 km of force mains.

I manage a team of 6 engineers of varied disciplines to perform design, construction method statements, materials and equipment selection reviews on a design-build project for a new Sewage Treatment Works, 2 pumping stations and 113 km of rising mains.
My duties include civil, architectural and mechanical design reviews, review of requests for variation orders and claims, report and letter writing, conduct design related meetings with the contractor and the client with preparation of minutes of meeting, and perform inspections. Perform employee reviews and recommend hiring of staff.
