We worked as the Contractor’s Lead Consultant for the 2 towers project with approximate cost of 3.5 Billion Qar. Each tower project consists of 4 basements, 3 podiums and 52 Levels towers. Our scope includes reviewing shop drawings, method statements, materials submissions, and mock-ups to verify that design principles are being incorporated.

• Sr. Civil/Structural Engineer of Health Facilities Planning and Design Section
- Liaise between various departments within the various departments in HMC.
- Works alongside the onsite facility management teams including the Department of Engineering to ensure that the entire hospital facility is in its topmost working environment.
• Design Manager for the Plot Q Infrastructure (Approximately 200 million QAR)
- Manages and coordinates with different stakeholders and disciplines within HMC if the Consultants submittal such as tender/contract documents, drawings and specifications as per requirements and in line with the Masterplan.

It specializes in projects and property management of multi-million US Dollar Construction Projects that are all directed towards the development of the properties that are of interest of H.H. the Emir.

• As the client’s representative, ensure that all drawings, specifications and calculations from the consultants and/or contractors are reviewed properly before site construction or tender. The phases of calculations and drawings (depending on the project size, conditions, and the required design services) includes but not limited to the Design Brief, Concept Design/drawings Phase, Schematic Design/drawing Phase, Detail Design/drawing Phase, and the Issued for Tender/Construction drawings.
• Checks and approves material submittals before it will be used in site.
• As a Civil/Structural Engineer, I review documents that are related to surveying, roads, geotechnical reports and ground improvements, landscapes and water storage, road and pedestrian tunnels, buildings, residential/villas/ palaces, clinics and hospitals, helipads, and building refurbishments.
• Conducts site inspection, attended meetings with consultants, contractors and/or with end users.
• Provides technical advice with the consultants or contractors.
Projects Involved (being designed and constructed):
Labor City (plot area around 110 hectares)- is an approximately 2.70 billion QAR project that can accommodate an estimated 70, 000 laborers around Qatar. It has 55 accommodation G+2 buildings, 2 daily masjids, clinic, and 1 JUMA Mosque, police station, cinema, amphitheater among many others. It is also complete with infrastructure facilities that include roads, potable water, and irrigation, firefighting, storm, sewerage, underground water tank, landscapes, QTEL and CCTV networks.
8-Underground Car Parking in Doha Grand Park (Al Bidda Park) - each car park consist of 2 basement and the roof top is used for landscape. The area of each floor will average to 18, 000m2. Estimated cost is 1.2 billion Qatar Riyals excluding landscape
Al Bidda Park - landscape on top of the 8-Undeground Car Parking in Doha Grand Park. These include, Restrooms, Refreshment Kiosk, First Aid Center, Gift Shop, Café building, Underground Water Tank, substation, water irrigation, etc.
Worker's Hospital and Integrated Health Center (Hazm Mebaireek General Hospital (HMGH), Mesaaieed and Al Khor). Estimated cost of each location is 600 million Qatar Riyals excluding hospital’s equipment’s.
Salwa Beach Resort - Luxurious Resort in Qatar. Estimated cost more than 1Billion Qatari Riyals. The site has an area of approximately 3, 200, 000 m2 with building coverage of approximately 128, 000 m2 and a total landscaped area of approximately 605, 000 m2. The site is coastal and includes approximately 3km of beach/waterfront.
ABM Military College Hospital - The Proposed Medical Hospital is located within the ABM Military college campus at Duhailiyat / Qatar Armed Forces. .

Lehsiniya Military Training Facility - This project is intended for the development of the facilities on the field by adding a group of new buildings, creation of new shooting ranges and training complex for the use of the Emiri Guards who are the end users. Military education and training is a process which aims to establish and improve the skills and expertise of the military personnel in their performance of their respective roles. Estimated Cost is approximately 600Million Qatari Riyals
OLD DOHA PORT REDEVELOPMENT - this is a marine project that involved the redevelopment of Old Doha Port in the Cornice area. Works involved revetments for breakwater, Block Wall Quay Structures and Ground Improvements.
