1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
3. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
4. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
5. Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations and Annual Maintenance Contracts made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
6. Respond efficiently to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
7. Liaise between other departments and the client to provthe service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints
8. Produce reports on progress of the team and develop Sales strategy accordingly
9. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, including creating PO's and Sales Invoices using ERP Software
10. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
11. Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
12. Payment collection
13. Ensure adherence to laws and policies
14. Manage vendor and customer on-boarding process
15. Handle Vendor Relationship Management - ensure that all required documents are up-to-date, accomplish credit application forms, meeting the suppliers to build stronger relationships, etc
16. Handle Customer Relationship Management - ensure that all the required documents are up-to-date, handle complaints when needed to make sure to achieve customer satisfaction
