Working in Contractor’s office as Resident PMC Lead Engineer. The new BS-132 will comprise single LP-1 compression, LP2 compression, HP compression and gas dehydration. There are few long pipelines with Launchers/Receivers to be provided. It has its own Fuel Gas package to supply fuel gas for consumption.
• This new Gathering Centre will build. It is situated in North Kuwait and is planned to process the crude, gas and water production from the Sabriyah and Bahrah fields of the North Kuwait area. The technical processes involved are: Two stage stabilization and separation of oil, gas and water, oil stabilization to stock conditions and despatched to the Central Mixing Manifold in North Kuwait. Separated gas and water will be transferred to the new Booster Station BS131 and the Central Water Injection Plant respectively. The process capacities of the new Gathering Centre will be Oil 165 MBOPD, Water 165 MBWPD, and Gas 240 MMSCFD. The project life is based on 25 years and the design brief includes the latest data for reservoir characteristics which provides for increased water cut and the gradual souring of the NK fields.

Working in Sour Flare system design and Sulphur Loading system design. Sour Flare header sizing, KOD/Seal pot sizing, pump hydraulics and issuing data sheets. Sour flare is handling combined acid gases from SWS and Amine units. Prepared and submitted to client a Conceptual report on Sour Flare system. Participated in SIL review of the project and implemented the recommendations.
•RAS LAFFAN ACID GAS INJECTION FEED Phase II study. Simulation is being updating with new feed composition conditions. Updating and resizing of Vessels, Heat Exchangers and pumps is being done. Exxon Mobil Ras Laffan Acid Gas well Injection project DBM preparation. The work consists of developing compressor simulation with various scenarios and issuing data sheets. Also developing cooling water system simulation and issuing equipment data sheets.
•Exxon Mobil, Labarge ACID GAS INJECTION Project: Involved in DBM preparation. Developed P&IDs for Cogeneration and Plant Integration. Study was completed and submitted recommendations for existing plant de-bottleneck to increase production. Approved and being implemented the scheme of cold recovery planned to increase the production. Exxon Mobil, Labarge Acid Gas Injection and De-bottleneck of existing Gas treatment units project. Work involved to do complete hydraulic study of two gas treatment units of Selexol process for H2S and CO2 removal, consisting of filters, Absorbers, Pre-saturators, Stripper, Flash drums, pumps and exchangers. Also checking of PSV and Flare systems including Refrigeration and cooling water systems.
•Strategic Petroleum reserve Project - USA Government - Work carried out to check the Project proposal prepared by selecting and simulating the process by HYSIS. Recommendations prepared and submitted.

• DBM preparation of SUNCOR Oil-Sands/Firebag (OS3) project having capacity of 240
KBPCD processing of bitumen in phase 1 and 2 covers the Up-grader, which includes
the two new Diluents Recovery Units and single VACUUM tower provided. The design
DRUs are based on high recovery of side-draw distillate (kero & HAGO) and minimize
losses of distillate to vacuum gas oil. This will also reduce vacuum tower load. Worked
on three stage diluent stripper, diluent tower, diluent tower, heater, vacuum furnace and
vacuum tower area hydraulics, PSV sizing pumps sizing, developing P&IDs and
equipment data sheets.
• NOVA Chemicals E1-Amine modifications and Poly wash dry projects basic engineering
and detailed engineering done.
• As a Lead Engineer Organised, Handled and Completed Detailed Engineering of
Union Carbide LLDPE project (at RED DEER) and provided assistance during project
