Review and study bid Tender document in order to verify the availability of sufficient info.
Prepare Project information sheet and Tender study approval to assist the top management to take decision about the project study availability.
Prepare & Evaluate list of available bidding opportunities to decide which joined and site visit report after exploring site condition and surroundings.
Review BOQ, Tender drawings, specification, special & general conditions which have to be verified all together, in coordinating with Contract administrator or legal advisor.
Quantities take off against available drawings and compare it with Tender BOQ Quantities.
Review and negotiate the suppliers' offers and the subcontractors to make a Comparison Sheet to select the best offer.
Coordinate with Procurement Department to collect information about market prices for suppliers, subcontractors and equipment to Estimate dry cost for project.
Collect information about upon previous executed projects & recent available information, try to get the best committed prices from suitable sources and Estimate dry cost for project.
Preparing and Estimate cost breakdown for BOQ items.
Review the proposed schedule for projects under study.
Estimate cost breakdown for indirect costs and preparing Tender project budget.
Prepare the Technical and Financial proposals.
Study the alternatives Solution to minimize the project cost and get the best offer to the client.
Follow up the submitted Tender Offers and submit update Offers if applicable and review the submittal with the client.
Post contract
Support technically in review of design packages and drawings.
Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations.
Assist in make and buy estimate decision process.
Coordinate with the planning team to develop project time line and cost flow during the project.
Review the contract document to compare it with the tender document.

Prepare and Estimate Cost Control project budget.
Provide cost controlling support for the project which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, et.
Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
Prepare Time and Cost Claims.
Estimate Variation Order.
Follow up project cost.

Prepare Planning Time Schedules and submit it.
