Define, prepare and monitor a Health, Safety and Environment Management System within the organization. To plan, develop, co-ordinate and monitor the corporate and Plant Health, Safety and Environment Plans in all operation areas.

- Meets compliance and reporting requirements of national regulations.
- Initiate an occupational health, safety and environment polices, guidelines and procedures.
- Managing, directing and implementing FLS programs related to all HSE matters.
- Plan and ensure implementation of site safety rules for contractors.
- Lead the HIRAC program across the site
- Develops & communicates all safety information, instruction and alerts throughout the plant.
- Guide, advice and lead HSE team to perform the assigned tasks, duties with outstanding performance level.
- Monthly reporting of HSE KPIs and activities
- Ensure implementation and compliance with the all HSE procedures.
- Authorized and responsible to stop any unsafe behavior / conditions or unsafe work activities in the site.
- Contact point in the site with the Safety and Environmental authorities.
- Lead the incident investigation procedure implementation.
- Lead the Safety Training and awareness programs to ensure good safety competency in the site
- Directs and proposes correct motivational and disciplinary actions for employees to ensure safe behaviors
- Prepare, own and track the site safety budget.
- Be a corporate advisor on HSE issues
- Reporting and monitoring non-conformance's and corrective actions.

- Coordinate HSE topics and issues and communicate / guide through organization form HSE manager to the shift level engineers
- Assist in the implementation of HSE issues across the site
- Owns common HSE systems/ procedures across HSE department

- The main HSE contact person for the shift.
- Implement the HSE procedures during the shift.

- Responsible for conducting the bottle test for Demulsifier & Pour Point Depressant safely in which, an experienced gained in the Oil & Gas field Chemical-wise.
