Brief of my responsibilities:
• Responsible for Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality assurance for manufacturing plants, retail
and sales offices.
• Developing and leading the implementation and promotion of a Health and safety culture across the
organization through the provision and development of Health and safety policies and procedures,
including risk assessment, accident prevention).
• Develop policies and procedures to cultivate a strong culture of safety and ensure regulatory
compliance
• Drive continuous improvement of HSE programs to mitigate risk, prevent injuries, and protect people,
property, and the environment.
• Provide HSE expertise and take ownership for implementing tools, standards, and proven methods.
• Harmonize and standardize processes and initiatives, promoting collaboration within the HSE
community and implementing proven techniques.
• Ensure ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certification through timely audits and
effective closure of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to embed HSE accountability and cultivate a positive safety culture.
• Ensure all new projects within the organization have acquired all required authorizations and permits.
• Provide continuous leadership in reducing the operating costs related to HSE for the facilities through
energy conservation, waste minimization and injury prevention.
• Track, analyze and communicate HSE performance through a combination of leading and lagging
indicators.
• Own the development of HSE plans, establish objectives, and monitor progress using important
metrics to ensure compliance and improve performance.
• Conduct inspections and audits and ensure timely communication of findings and corrective actions.
• Lead sustainability initiatives, drive emission reduction strategies, and foster green teams to achieve
NetZero targets.

Brief of my responsibilities:
• Responsible for Quality Assurance, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental for the logistics sector
in Egypt. (warehouses, distribution centers and Fleet).
• Developing and leading the implementation and promotion of a Health and safety culture across the
organization through the provision and development of Health and safety policies and procedures,
including risk assessment, accident prevention).
• Responsible for compliance with ISO, legal requirements, and customers QHSE requirements.
• Coordinate and follow the training programs for drivers, employees, and third parties to maintain an
appropriate level of HSE knowledge and awareness.
• Follow up with all warehouses for (Hazard Assessment- Training needs - Action plan per site
Environmental Issues).
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations for all DCs in the country and vehicles owned.
• Make a special training course for sites as matrix related to critical location.
• Providing appropriate risk assessment methodology to comply with legislation, ensure all potential
risks are identified, and control measures implemented and monitored.
• Providing appropriate accident investigation processes to ensure personal accountability and improve
risk management, including monitoring and interpretation of statistical data.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
• Make Analysis for the reports & numbers of incidents, near miss, potential hazards and first aids and
take the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement safety precautions, procedures & deploy the safe behavior programs to all workers.
• lead, monitor and implement the HSE goals & objectives and relatives KPIs set by the Management
Team.
• Be the lead in waste management & sustainable initiatives and its continuous monitor.
• Conducts safety audits both internal and external.

identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety / occupational Risk related subjects.

• Participates in HSE meetings with clients / external vendors and represents the organizations goals

Brief of my responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain the HSE management system in alignment with local laws and
international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and establish control measures to mitigate hazards.
• Monitor and inspect all supermarket locations to ensure compliance with HSE policies.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with root
cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Organize regular emergency training and ensure emergency response plans are effective and up to
date.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels.
• Conduct training programs and awareness sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Provide guidance to teams regarding safe work practices and emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, audits, and training sessions.
• Prepare HSE reports for management and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure all HSE-related documentation is compliant and readily accessible.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies regarding HSE matters.
• Lead HSE audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with department heads to integrate HSE practices into daily operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance across the organization.

• Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle workers compensation claims
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures

• Prepare Emergency Plan, conduct Fire & emergency drills, and lead the Emergency preparedness
team in Firefighting & spillages. Ensure the compliance with Civil defense conditions, OSHA & NFPA.
• Ensure implementation of Work permits in site for maintenance department and Contractors.
• Induce safety orientation to newcomers, contractors, promote safety culture to all employees
• Participate in Risk assessment studies and follow up the corrective actions to minimize the hazards.
• Follow the environmental monitoring on regular basis & take corrective actions.
• Make Analysis for the reports & numbers of incidents, near miss, potential hazards and first aids and
take the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement safety precautions, procedures & deploy the safe behavior programs to all workers.
• Carry out daily inspection, Check the routine inspection is carried out to all work, sections & firefighting
equipments & review the non-conformities to follow up the actions taken.
• Prepare& update the Environmental Ledger, environmental premises to Environmental affairs and
follow the update of laws and internal requirements.
• Prepare & update the semiannual statistics (incidences-occupational disease-chronic disease) to the
governmental labor office and follow the biological monitoring to the workers
• Update the chemical list, MSDS library and classify the hazardous and nonhazardous materials

-Supervise and lead safety team.
- Reporting to HSE corporate manager.
-Develop and apply health, safety and environmental management programmes.
-Establish and Maintain Good (P P E) Control System.
-Prepare Site Emergency Plan And Update It According To Site Changes.

-Periodic controls of the emergency equipments (extinguisher, fire hoses, first aid cabinets, fire alarm etc).
-Analysis of Near-Miss Reports and Extract Conclusion to Apply In Site and Reduce.
-Establish Training Program For Site Include (Tool Box Talk, Induction “Orientation).
-General Training and Special Training.
-Giving training to the contractors about safety rules of the company.
-Accident/ Incident Investigation and Take Corrective Action.
-Attending monthly Factory HSE committee meeting and issuing the meeting report.
-Prepare HSE&S improvement plan and discuss it with HSE committee to have their approval.
-Following up dust emissions / noise level measurements and compare them with the limits mentioned in the local regulations and standards and directives. In case the limits exceed the requirements take preventive actions until reducing the risk rate to a low or medium level.
-Detect Site Requirements from Signs, Lighting, and Drinking Water.
-Follow up Medical Facilities at Site.
-Solid knowledge with the Egyptian Labor Law and environmental
Laws/regulations.
-Follow up OHSAS 18001, ISO14001 requirements.
-Maintaining updated records and documentation on safety data, policies, procedures and forms.

• Supervise and lead fire-fighting team & ensure all firefighting equipment working properly, maintained.
• Make job safety analysis then Risk Assessment for every job
• Establish and Maintain Good (P P E) Control System.
• Prepare Site Emergency Plan and Update It According To Site Changes.
• Follow Up, Issue and Implement Work Permit and Its Related Risk Assessment.
