Responsible for inspection and manufacturing process of the precast pre-tension Viaduct
carried out by (ECPC) the Egyptian company for the Prestressed concrete that is following
mother company Consolis, and precast post-tensioned I-beams for 4 stations which are
carried out by (CPD) concrete products Division.
• Inspection of all procedures of implementation work such as (monopile Dia. 2.40 m, bored
pile, pier with height 17m, pier head with width 8.40m, pile cap, composite columns, steel
structure).
• Supervision of erection viaduct beams and post-tension I-beams for stations.
• Inspection of compression testing for mono piles using reaction anchors system, loading
test for bored piles and others tests required in site.
• inspection of implementation for erection and tightening steel structure of all stations
where weight of each station was almost 2000 ton, I worked under supervision
construction manager of steel structure works.
• Examination of incoming materials and attend required tests for the project in outside lab
test.
Precast Engineer in (CPD) Concrete Products Division at (ASPH) Ain Sokhna Product Hub Submarine terminal facility, the main contractor Besix and Orascom Construction Joint Venture, the owner is (Sumed) the Arab Petroleum Pipeline Company.
• The project including 3 phases the length of the marine berth is 3.0 Km with 3 berths component of bored piles and deep driven piles.
• The project depends on erection of precast elements and steel main girder (Hot Rolled Section) manufactured by National Steel Fabrication (NSF) to create the berth and start working pipes of (LNG) Liquified Natural Gas.
Junior Engineer in Samcrete Egypt at Regional Ring Road of the 2nd sector (from 10th of Ramadan City to Bibles City), the contractor is Samcrete Egypt, the consultant is (ACE) Arab Consulting Engineers and the owner is Ministry of Roads Transport and Bridges.
The length of project is 20 Km of Construction and paving of roads including 4 bridges and 12 box type tunnels.
• Site Engineer in Agricultural Bilbies Bridge with length 1.20 Km supervision of stages construction such as piles, RFT, columns, frames and deck slabs
• I was turned to working on manufacturing of Precast post-tension beams with lengths between 30.0 m to 38.0 m the total number I produced is 192 beams.
Civil Site Engineer in Samcrete Egypt at Regional Ring Road of the 3rd sector (from Bilbies to Qaliubiya), the contractor is Samcrete Egypt, the consultant is (ACE) Arab Consulting Engineers and the owner is Ministry of Roads Transport and Bridges.
The length of project is 20 Km of Construction and paving of roads including 12 bridges and 15 box type tunnels.
• I Promoted to the Central Workshop responsible for manufacturing and assembling precast beams with lengths 15 m and 20 m, slabs and production precast post-tension beams with lengths 25.0 and 30.0 m also production of concrete road barriers.
• Supervision erection of all precast mentioned above in the project.
I worked under the leadership Authority Engineering in Armed forced as executive engineer in many projects during my service in the Egyptian Military.
