Key Accountabilities

• Promoting data driven decision making amongst the management and making appropriate financial recommendations to the leadership.
• Additionally, responsible for:
o Monitoring debt aging and ensuring the integrity of ratios and indicators.
o Overseeing production processes, monitoring waste, andensuring that the standard and planned ratios match what they are.
o Reviewing periodic reports from the accounts department with regards to day-to-day operations and monthly closings.
o Coordinating import and logistics operations as per the production plans.

• Involved in identifying investment opportunities, got in investments worth USD 35, 000, 000.
• Managing annual financial budget worth USD 100, 000, 000, and ensuring roll out/ distribution of the same, also report deviations, if any.
