• Receive, direct and relay telephone, fax and email messages .
• Typing quotations for the client and correspondence requested by manager.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
• Preparing Job orders and coordinate with the concern people regarding the status of the order.
• Preparing monthly sales report.
• Creating tables and charts for the sales performance, individually and as a whole.
• Summarized minutes of the meeting and distribute to all attendees.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Typing confidential documents and internal memos.
• Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.
• Promoting cosmetic products by visiting each and every Salon throughout Kuwait by doing field work.
• Planning and creating new promotions to offer, upon management’s approval.
• Set-up trainings and demos to Salon owners and staffs, for better understanding on our products.
• Prepares operational reports and make appropriate recommendations to management to increase
sales
• Making business correspondence to customers and suppliers abroad.
• Prepares quotations as per customer’s requirement.
• Endorsing our products and new promotions to clients by Telemarketing.
• Creating and building long-lasting relationships with customers by frequent visiting and communication.
• Issuing of requisitions for dispatch to deliver items.
• Filing and updates of records.
• Sells furniture and home accessories in store.
• Assist customers with fabric selection and other design elements (floor plans, color coordination, etc.).
• Assisting with decorating, arranging and moving furniture items as needed.
• Helping customers select the right products for their homes to meet their unique lifestyle needs.
• Updating price lists and fabrics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before, during and after the sale to drive repeat business.
• Inspect designated area on the sales floor to ensure that it is clean, organized and that all merchandise in area is tagged and displayed correctly.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Works with supervisor to plan, develop, and implement concepts, programs and platforms to ensure overall consistency, high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Plans menus based on such factors as market trends, customer preferences and nutritional considerations.
• Designs recipes, determines appropriate ingredients and specify individual serving portion for each recipe.
• Verifies all portion sizes and regularly checks effective use of production record to determine if estimates match actual production.
• Records any other use adjustments necessary including leftovers.
• Ensures that employees are clean, professional appearing, compliance with the department's dress code and follows safe and sanitary food handling practices.
• Maintains departmental sanitation and safety standards and health code standards for food handling.
• Supervises and participates in the preparation and display of menu items for special functions.
• Prepares operational reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and make appropriate recommendations to management.
• Develop procedures to enhance revenue and control costs to meet the budgetary goals for each fiscal year.
• Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
• Manage set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
