JOB RESPONCIBILITIES

HR Policies and Procedures
•Developing the HR plans and policies in conjunction with the company’s overall development plan.
•Ensuring that all HR systems comply with any audit requirements.

HRMS ERP Implementation - (Oracle E- Business Suite, SAP HR, Oracle People soft)
•Interpreted the Gap between existing and new ERP HRMS solutions and providing scope requirement regarding HR processes and metrics of the various HRMS functions, including employee master file, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and HR reports.
•Responsible for project planning, leading the project team of 10 members and ensuring that the ERP functionality exceeds the current processes and is aligned to future company requirement.
•Responsible to reduce implementation cost by understanding the difference between ERP package configuration and customization.
•Designing workflow configuration for HRMS ERP solutions and lead the team for unit & integration testing as required.
•Liaison for data cleansing between HR dept. and the IT function or external consultants handling the technical side.
•Managed entire administration of overall HRMS modules and delivery of user training to all department heads.
•Mapped output requirement into clearly understandable wireframes, process flows and use cases.
Recruitment/ Resourcing
•Manpower Planning and budgeting in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
•Managing the recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
•Finalizing job adverts that will attract the best and brightest candidates.
•Conducting face to face / telephone selection interviews with job applicants.
•Organizing training and development programs for managerial & non-managerial employees.
Employee On-Boarding
•Developing the induction programs for the new recruits. Conduct orientations to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
•Checking out the immigration and visa status of prospective employees.
•Met with all new hires to explain benefits, guidelines and procedure
•Redesigned employee handbook according to legal and benefit changes.
Payroll / Benefits Administration
•Working out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees, and executing the same.
•Maintaining attendance details for all employees to identify absence deductions & completing necessary insurance and medical cover formalities.
•Payroll administration for a multi -site organization with staff count of 2000+ on various ERP solutions - SAP HR, Oracle People Soft and Oracle e-Business Suite and other payroll solutions.
•Managing employee Incentive and Bonus Programs, Accommodation Issues, and Pension issues.
•Consistently administering compensation plans and recommending changes as necessary.
•Maintaining knowledge of compensation trends, updating policies and practices to ensure the company’s competitive position in the market.
•Answering queries of employees regarding pay and ensuring speedy resolution of problems.
•Assuring and ensuring that managers and employees are well informed of pay schedules, compensation policies, and legal requirements. Coordinating with the finance department regarding the payroll processing.
Job Description/ Training & Development / Organization Structure
•Successfully developed job description for all higher level position to procure the resources at the desired payout level by the company. Updated company job description to reflect changing roles.
•Identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees.
•Established a proper organizational structure by coordinating with all department heads.
Administrative Duties
•Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees. Also taken disciplinary action to stop any abuse.
•Developing & maintaining MIS reports and other operation reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding the current.
•Liaising with recruitment agencies, employment lawyers, and health insurance providers.
•Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
•Handling employee dismissals and redundancies.
•Setting up, monitoring and then tracking employee probationary periods and writing up professional job offer letter. Also carried out background and reference checks on prospective employees.
•Maintaining employee contract details & updating staff of any changes to their existing contracts.
•Providing leadership to team through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication. Conducting Performance evaluation of the team bi yearly.
Exit Process and Final Settlement
•Conducting employee exit interviews and getting feedback from staff who are about to leave the company.
•Processing the final settlement of employees when they leave as per labor law.
Performance Management
•Designed a new online Performance Appraisal System based on competency for all departments.
•Implementing the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.
•Conducting performance appraisals training for all department head and formulating & implementing corrective actions as needed.
•Developed the Competency Framework and mapped the competencies to various Grade levels.
Employee Relations & Engagement /Welfare Activities
•Developed and implemented company-wide recognition program to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
•Developing employee survey and organizing focus groups to gauge the mood of company staff.
•Working to resolve employee complaints involving working conditions, harassment, disciplinary actions, etc. according to company policies and applicable legal requirements.
SAP HR Functional Consultant Role
•Performed various personnel actions hiring employees, organizational reassignment, and change in pay in PA, OM and Time Management & developed SAP eCATT test scripts for testing.
•Designed Unit Test Plan & End User Manual for eCATT scripts and tested eCATT scripts for all actions in PA.
•Configured Daily work schedules, period work schedules, work schedule rules, planned working time and Holiday calendars in Time Management. Created customer wage types using wage type catalogs in Payroll.
•Assisted for uploading data from Legacy to SAP for which I have recorded LSMW for 10 Info types.
•Created organizational units, jobs, tasks and positions, assigned the tasks to position in OM.

•Reduced employee turnover by 10% through implementation of new incentive program and bonus structure
