Cold Calling/Co-ordinating with Landlords to get their property listed for Rent/Sale
Listing properties on PropSpace.
Coordinate with buyers for rental and purchase of Properties.
Sell various Residential Apartments, Hotel Apartments, Villa’s and Townhouse Inventories of the organization by
establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions and ensure the desired level of
customer services parameters are met.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying new prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and monitor all
customer queries and ensure timely responses
• Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services. Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and
resources. Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for
various products.
• Participate in all departmental meetings and trainings. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization
standards.
• Researching and analyzing sales options .Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
trends, market activities and competitors. Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Co-ordinate with Sales Admin & Handover teams for
smooth delivery of the Unit to ensure customer is completely satisfied.
Wealth Advisory
• Wealth advisory to potential HNI investors to understand Dubai market and the significance of investing in Dubai Real
estate.
• Sell various Residential Apartments, Hotel Apartments, Villa’s and Townhouse Inventories of the organization by
establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions and ensure the desired level of
customer services parameters are met.
• Inviting potential investors from overseas to Dubai for an investment opportunity by convincing on “Why Dubai” “Why
DAMAC” by closing every possible objection.
• Input activity done during the day on Salesforce.com with minutes of the meeting captured in detail, create follow up tasks to
ensure timely follow up's. Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely responses.
• Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms from various DAMAC
projects and developments. Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose offers that suit them.
Involved in Business development activities for new client acquisitions. Filling of Import and Export entries for generation of
Bill of Entry. Cross verification of IGM details on Ice gate website. Co-ordinate with Freight forwarders and Customs clearance
at Inland Container Depot and Bangalore Customs Cargo at International Airport.
• Handle complete banking transactions. Handling of Cheque’s, DD and Online banking transactions for Day to Day operations.
Handle all types of day to day banking transactions of customers. Fraud & Security Risk Checks.
• Foreign Exchange quotes, Orders, Cancellation and service delivery by liasoning with Treasury and Central Foreign
Currency chest. Assistance with Title and Lien release documents on paid up and charged off Vehicles.
• Bank Card security services including Merchant Authorizations for High value transactions, Address change, Blocking and
closing cards which are either Lost or Stolen and Reissuing Debit Cards, Merchant disputes on cards on Authorized and
Unauthorized transactions.
Corporate Relationships, Management and Retention from Retail to SME.
• Offer Trade services including Imports Services. Advance, Direct, Import Collection payments, Buyers Credit, Exports
Services. Advances, Export Collections, Bank Guarantee and Outward Remittances. Hedging - Forward Contract.
Issuance/Amendment of Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees on 100% Cash Margins.
• Managing 32 Branches across Karnataka for Trade related services with highest regard to AML and Compliance being the
key. Visit allocated branches and meet Branch heads, RM’s and discuss various possibilities of meeting Budget targets.
• Conduct regular Market recce according to Geographical location to find any new Companies to be targeted for a Sales
Closure. Regular follow up with Pipelined Clients for Sales Closure. Marketing of all products and services offered by the bank.
Manage the operations of Thomas cook offices across Karnataka. Visiting various corporate clients to build rapport and
identify key problem areas in service deliverables and reporting it to senior management for corrective action plan.
• Involved independently in Business development activities including correspondence with various Corporate CFOs and
CTOs, Nationalized and Co-operative Banks for Tie ups and briefing products of Thomas cook.
• Managing monthly off site audit, Branch inventory checking, AML guidelines, Updating of PAN/form 60, Reconciliation of
office accounts, Updating of A2 forms for Auditing.
