In the Defence sector, - my main job in the Headquarters was to Pass / Verify the Invoices, before sending to the Treasury / Finance directorate for Final payment. Besides - i was also drafting & finalizing official letters of the ministry to various suppliers & govt. offices. Other responsibilities included Sorting, packing & dispatching Old Files and catalogues to the Archive section. i was also Drafting, correcting and proof-reading documents related to projects & project reports.
