HeadHonchos.com is a job site that caters to senior and upper middle management. The site has seen a 30% growth quarter on quarter basis and is been considered as biggest competitor to LinkedIn in Indian job market.
I take care of the entire employer section of the portal which includes features, release strategy, tracking product usage and feedback, interactions with employers.
Apart from employer section I handle the requirements for operations team (customer care for headhonchos job seeker services)
