•Preparing and reviewing the MBOOKS for the subcontractors on weekly basis and for running bills.
•Responsible for the establishment of bench marks as per the survey details, plot setting out, verification of excavation level as per the profile, verification of barb ending schedule, inspection of form work and reinforcements as per AFC drawings.
•To exercise control over the use of materials, equipments and workmanship by ensuring that they meet the contract requirements and that all required testing is as per approved Inspection and test Plan(ITP).
•Identify key points in each of the simultaneous activities; review the work and fundamentally ensure that the work is properly accomplished with acceptable quality.
•Preparation of the Weekly and Monthly reports.
•Attend progress review and site co-ordination meeting with the client’s Representatives.
•Daily reporting to Construction Manager and Project Manager.
