 Designing of power stage circuits which involve selection of power design, design of gate drive circuit, current limit circuit, sensor electronics circuit and protection circuits.
 Involved in Functional, Dynamic, Environmental, Acceptance and Qualification testing of Electro-Mechanical Actuator and Digital Servo Control Electronics for the Missile Control Systems.
 Carrying out Stall Load and EMI/EMC Tests for BLDC Motor, Digital Servo Controller.
 Involved in Electro Mechanical Actuation System for stage-2 AGNI Missiles.
 Assembly and testing of prototype BLDC motors and electrical Cables.
 Analyzing Speed Torque characteristics of BLDC motor.
 Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment.
 Involved in Functional, Dynamic, Environmental, Acceptance and Qualification testing of Hydraulic Actuators and 3-Pintle Injection Valves.
 Testing of Servo and Solenoid Valves.
 Electrical Integration of stage-1 AGNI Missiles.
 Involved in functional checks of stage-1 AGNI Missiles.
 Internal QC for developing new electrical systems, products, components and testing of electrical systems.
 Active participation in the electrical equipment installation and commissioning at site.
 Calculation of time domain, frequency domain specifications, scale factor and linearity for Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA).
 Preparation of acceptance and qualification test reports and documents.
