Projects undertaken: ➢ Project -1: "Automotive vehicle seat for Renault Nissan & BMW"
➢ Description: Design & Development for Automotive vehicle seat Front row & Second row) for RENAULT New structural design was carried out to produce low cost seat. And for BMW it was a Carry over design from Europe vehicle seat (front & second row seats) from Germany and it was launched in India for BMW Minicopper. Maintaining the change management system with respect to Global Team.

➢ Project -2: "Lever type round recliner (Low & High Strength) "
➢ Description: The present invention is in field of automotive seats recliners are not infinite adjustment & Low cost for seat back/backrest
Global in order to overcome this small Round Recliner was designed, with double action cam, 28 sector teeth to achieve more strength with low cost and it will lock desired position of a seat back/backrest over a wide range of reclining positions. This mechanism (recliner) was packaging study was carried out for different car (seat) like Maruthi suzuki (Swift, Alto), Toyota, and Ford.

➢ Project -3: "Multi-Body dynamic analysis in ADAMS"
➢ Description: A different type of analysis (Free play, Tuck Noise etc) was carried out to study the manufacturing feasibility of the product to achieve the customer specification. With respect to force, Displacement, Velocity, Acceleration. The boundary condition was considered the OEMS spec.

➢ Project -4: "Design & Development of Alternators"
➢ Description: Design & Development of Alternator from 180 KVA to 750KVA, New concept & Layout & part drawing based on the manufacturing feasibility with to respect to standard for single & double bearing and with New terminal arrangement by the placing the AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) in vertical position. BOM creation with respect to subassemblies

➢ Project -5: "Reverse Engineering & CAD Model"
➢ Description: execution of designing & Modeling for various auto components, assembling and 3D to 2D conversion for manufacturing drawing parts. Modal & structural analysis was carried out for ladder chassis. By considering the load on channel (Structures)
