• Conduct Internal Audit for safety, 5’S and ISO-9001-2008.
• Encouraging activities for new product development.
• Examine the needs for training and provide on the job training to departmental personnel.
• Preparing management information reports to ensure progress in the department.

• Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment
efficiency of production machines.
• Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.
• Planning, arrangement of material and manpower for daily production activities.
• Improve productivity without affect the quality specification.
• Will work under pressure to meet the production target.
• Keep the shop floor free from Oil Leakage, Water Leakage, Material Spillage and Near miss
accidents.
• Reduce non-valve added activities.
• Good man power management skill.
• Control and monitor the process rejection PPM on daily basis.
• As a team will work towards to attain and maintain PQCDSM.
• Lead my subordinates towards effective utilization of machines (OEE).
• Strong technical knowledge in thermosetting plastics and thermoplastic plastics process.
• Very good computer knowledge and making reports like OEE Report, MIS Report, Gantt
chart, Pareto Analysis, Fish borne, Histogram diagram, Scatter Diagram, Why Why Analysis,
ANOVAs, DOE, BOM, Time Study and Motion Study, ERP System etc.
• Update and maintain the reports like production report, machine breakdown report, mould
breakdown report, loss preventive report etc.

Machines handled: Ferromatic Mi Lacron, Italtech SPA, Haitan, Ubey Industries, LT Demag and
