• Lead my subordinates towards effective utilization of machines (OEE).
• Strong technical knowledge in thermosetting plastics and thermoplastic plastics process.
• Very good computer knowledge and making reports like OEE Report, MIS Report, Gantt
chart, Pareto Analysis, Fish borne, Histogram diagram, Scatter Diagram, Why Why Analysis,
ANOVAs, DOE, BOM, Time Study and Motion Study, ERP System etc.
• Update and maintain the reports like production report, machine breakdown report, mould
breakdown report, loss preventive report etc.
