 Supervision of QA/QC activities related to HVAC &PLDR
 Check all ducts are installed as per approved drawing

 Check chilled water pipe installation and Pressure test
 Check Air balancing of FCU’S during the time of Testing and Commissioning
 Check Water supply Pipe, Condensate drain pipe and drainage line installation as per drawing
 Check LPG gas line pipe installation and Pressure test
 Preparing handover documentation
 Closing of NCR’S and Site observation
 Preparing Snag List

 Site Meeting with Consultants and Clients.
 Material inspection approval as per the project specification.
 Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals.

Project : HVAC systems (Air Dryers, Air Chiller, Water Chiller, Air Filters.Etc..)
Job Responsibilities
➢ Inspect the incoming materials received from stores.(Like Copper pipe, flanges, sleeves, MSelbow, MS
plate, pipe..Etc.)
➢ Prepare an inspection report on the material inspected.
➢ Vendor inspection (Condenser dimensional inspection, Compressor continuity test, raw materials
inspection and verify the test certificate).
➢ Carried out Fit Up and Welding visual inspection
➢ Conduct Hydro test and Pneumatic test for filter housings as per design parameter..
➢ Conduct Pneumatic test ofAir manifold at given pressure.
➢ To check the piping connection (Copper piping)is done as per drawing.
➢ Conduct refrigerant leak test for all brazing joints and refrigerant line by using leak detector, to identify
the leak
➢ Conduct performance test / Run test of Dryers, Dehumidifiers and Chillers (Check all parameters like
inlet outlet temperature, pressure, Velocity, Suction, discharge temperatures...)
➢ Prepare performance report of the product.
➢ Verify insulation is done proper.
➢ Check filter element is made as per drawing, measure dimensions as per drawing
