A prominent role in handling Sales Team & Back Office Operations as well. Interacting with customers with regards to offers sent & orders received. Expediting the deliveries of LPOs received so as to ensure smooth operations.
Act as a single point interface for all the issues associated with day-to-day operations. Works as a liaison between Sales Team & Customers to resolve order related issues & complaints. Handled multiple complex tasks on routine basis.
Create, maintain & run various reports such as Daily MIS Reports, Weekly Sales Reports, Target Reports, Monthly Customer Outstanding Reports etc.
Generate Credit Applications Forms for setting Credit limits for Customers, ensuring the accuracy of the documents attached as per the Company’s policies & finally submitting them to Finance Dept, once signed by the concern authority, keeping it in close custody.
Maintaining sick / paid leave data of departmental employees & preparing OT sheets of workmen and other HR/Admin related reports.
