1. Manage all mechanical department personnel, equipments and devices. Supervise and guide technicians on how to maintain functional operation of all equipments and devices through daily assignments of works, log and record data, control and manage operational systems of mechanical equipments like HVAC, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Exhaust Fans, Fire fighting sprinkler system, Boilers, Calorifiers, Heat Exchangers, Water Treatment System, Medical Gas, AGSS, Pneumatic Tube System, Laundry Machines, Diesel Engine Generators, several types of pumps, booster pumps, submersible pumps, compressors, Cold Storage, hydraulic system, gate barriers, Sliding Doors, Heavy and light Equipment vehicles etc.
2. Instruct and train new technicians to be acquainted with materials consumption, tools handling, tasks undertaking, and work assignments.
3. Manage and request appropriate substantial materials for the operation and troubleshooting in case of equipment malfunction or breakdown. Troubleshoot any malfunction mechanical units along with technicians.
4. Suggest and create new option to alleviate mobilization through inspection and observation of functional equipment facilities in any case where there is inefficient system or installation within the area of responsibility.
5. Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive Maintenance checklists for all mechanical equipments and devices monthly and/or quarterly.
6. Keep and review manuals, as-built drawings, PPM data, mechanical file documents, recorded data etc for future reference manifestation and investigation.
7. Maintain good and effective mechanical department team relationship between my immediate superior and technicians to facilitate operation and maintenance activity.
8. Report important events, incidents, and take time to discuss essential ideas and plans daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually to the Project Manager as advised or as planned therein.
