• Maintaining Oracle Database(12c) and supporting end users.
• Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users.
• Coordinates in Systems/ Database Implementations, Analyze System & Database for Optimum performance, Ensuring Systems/database are regularly patched and are up to date.
• Manage User access controls and privileges in Systems/Databases.
• Coordinate with Application/MIS developers and Data Architect to analyze/review/ System/databases.
• Gather information from User(s) on errors and discrepancies in Functional/Technical process in System/databases.
• Undertake tasks assigned by Head of IT in line with the skill sets pertaining to Functional Job Title.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, or accessed within the System/databases
• Participate in identifying and resolving data issues and aid in the implementation of the solutions.
• Communicate and document data changes effectively and helps in the delivery of training.
• Documenting the requirements for user level and technical level.
• Responsible for Auditing and Analyzing Management Information Systems.
• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process
• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
• Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Participate in identifying and resolving data issues and aid in the implementation of the solutions.
• Communicate and document data changes effectively and helps in the delivery of training
• Understanding of project disciplines and methodologies.
