Responsible for document control and coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure.
•Prepared electronic document templates. Like updating case status in Electronic data records as per firm requirements
•Filing and archiving system for documents to update and maintenance in standard format.
•Check metadata according to client’s requirements. Descriptive metadata to resource for purposes as discovery and identification, including elements such as title, reference number, codes.
•Responsible for controlling all documentation related activities in case.
•Control and maintain Case Subject Record in highly confidential manner.
•Research for the purpose of case Reference to present in front of court of law effectively with client contracts, case commission, consultants.
•Documents saved in appropriate manner and archived as whenever it required
•Maintenance and updating of QC records with documentation indexing and cataloging.
•Maintain Hard & Soft copy of all the deliverable / transmittal, Documents like Gadgets, Alignment Sheets, E-mails, Datasheets, Specifications, Requisition, Plot Plans, and Layouts etc. for all the disciplines.
