Key Deliverables:

 Responsible for Design and development of Refrigeration system for Vertical Type Visi coolers.
 Interacted with R & D Team, studying and researching components for Refrigeration circuits.
 Development of 3D models using Pro-E W5 and development of 2D models through Auto Cad.
 Structure design, Plastic part design and 2D drawing creation through Pro-E W5.
 Responsible for updating Refrigeration Circuit patented schematic circuit designs in AutoCAD.
 Product Cost Estimation and Concept feasibility study.
 Creation of CAD Models, 2D drawings, design calculations and other design documents.
 Developed quality coordination between client, vendor and Inter-tech team to provide cost and time effective project solutions.
 Actively participated in interaction with various vendors for Prototype development.
 Strategic interaction with vendors to provide cost effective and quality products for circuit designs.
 Compressor & Hex selections based on excel based Heat Load Calculation software.
 Involved in development of maintenance free Cassete type Work horse Cooler for Coke.
 Facilitating new product development activities with key focus on QCD (Quality, Control & Delivery).

 Attended Professional Training by PTC on different modules of Pro-Engineer for Sketch, Part Modeling, Surface modeling, Sheet metal, Advance Assembly, Drawing & Detailing mechanism etc.
 Visited to “CRAFTECH” to understand Plastic Parts manufacturing by Injection Molding and also understand Rapid prototyping and Silicon Molding to make proto parts.
 Visited to “LLOYD” to understand the manufacturing of Cu-Al mechanical expanded type heat exchangers.
