o Project P & L as well as statutory P & L
o Direct variable cost, manufacture base cost and support functional cost
Presenting management for all MIS reports such as booking, sales, backlog, material/labor productive, p & l and trial balance
Administered inventory policy and procedures including inventory levels and stock-out rate and approved disposal of obsolete or surplus materials
Supervised inventory management as a key user of SAP module report requirements, training and so on
Executing month end activities and audit reports
Uploading the reporting values into HFM tools such as Booking, Sales, Backlog, P & L values and Balance Sheet
Assessing the business process and suggest improvements in the existing process
Streamlining all activities of SAP Plant Split Project
Formulating:
o Business process specifications for new development in SAP
o User manuals and providing the training to users
o Master data related information such as Materials master, PP Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, GL Master, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers by using LSMW
Leading phases of implementation as a core team member and participated in all phase of UAT
Key Member in VAT implementation.
