Working as a financial controller and auditor for all the financial operations

-Responsible of a team of accountants and distributing the tasks between them.
-Signing and approving all the entered bills, issued from accountants after auditing
-preparing of different financial reports (daily, weekly, and annually) and forwarding the same to the concerned departments for their notification and studies, making them to take suitable financial decisions.
-Visiting all of our on hand projects to study the financial status on site.
-Reviewing all the banking facilities to be aware of it.
-responsible for all the works of financial year such as the year ending settlements, closing accounts of different financial statements, that will help in preparing new budget for the financial year.

-I was responsible for dispatching and distributing all documents between the accountants before its registration from the accounts department.

-Auditing all the settlements and preparing various financial reports and statements for finalizing the budget of financial year, showing in the statement the net result of the year.
-Follow up and expediting the works in the banks, that concern with settlements, credits and current accounts.
-supervising the entry works on the end of financial year and prepare the entry statements and cost accountancy of the finished goods, semi finished goods, raw material. Follow up accurately the minute details as to conclude the cost of a product. Similarly preparing the statements about the printing material of the company and stationary for future control.
-Making a comprehensive evaluation report for the assets, as to prove it evidently. Calculate its consumption to know its book cost and market cost.
-To liaison all the sections and department of the company, for vigilance and internal order.

-I was assigned to look after all the usual account works that includes day to day entries and its dispatch preparing the balance sheet and settlements on the end of the financial year. Participating with financial manager in preparing he budget and final accounts
-I was in charge about the follow ups of the credits as per registration and records, similarly I was in charge about the consignments for its follow ups and making it sure to reach from outside areas to the ware house, ensuring about the expenses and transfer it in the purchase accounts. Preparing its estimates and providing the finance department the total cost on conclusion of expenses.
-Internal audit accounts of all branches in the kingdom, as I was a regular visitor to the sites to audit The accounts and prepare the report for the general administration of the company.
-I was assigned all the works of a chief accountant of a company in respect of dispatching, distributing and preparing daily, weekly and annual financial reports.

-I was the only accountant in the branch to look after all the accounting business of the branch along with maintaining the daily entries, making balance sheets and final settlement on the year end.
-Furnishing the administration the various reports and all that they were in need of it.
-Attending the meetings which concern with the branch matters particularly, its sales and performance.
