As a project Manager,

Executing Air Conditioning Project as a post contract job for KD 500, 000/-, involving replacement of chillers (4 No's each 436 Tons), Cooling Towers, Chilled Water Pumps, Condenser Water Pumps (4 No's each) and complete allied piping work of the plant room, including electrical work such as changing of MCC Panels, ACB, and Change Over Panels, Cables and other related electrical work.

Executing Operations & Maintenance project on contineous basis, with Ministry.

As a Zonal Head (Operations & Maintenance) Nagpur Zone covering an area of 12 districts,

Responsible for Operations & Maintenance of 2200 telecom towers (both RTT & GBT) along with their allied powering equipment (DG Sets, ACs, BBs, PP, PIU & Prefab Shelters, 2200 no’s each) of 12 districts of Vidharbha region.
Brought the uptime from 99.64 to 99.95, and reduced service credits to bare minimum.
Cleaned up all estate issues and resolved all owner related disputes to bare minimum.

As a Manager Training, Learning & Development,

Guided a team of trainers and reported to the Executive Director, In charge of all training activities, handling the overall Management of the Trainees.
Responsible for conducting Induction Training of all the new employees, Improvement Training of existing employees in their respective skill set.
Involved in monitoring various expenditure for Training, cost effectiveness of each training activity and conducted Performance Appraisal of all the Trainers/and trainees.

Incharge of employee training center.

Involving planning organising and controlling all resources avilable for carrying out the following:-

Induction Training of all the new employees including staff and workers.

Technical training of workers

Improvement of technical skill /training of workers

Improvement of technical skill /training of engineers/Supervisors

Management of training center

planning, organizing, recruitment, staffing, controlling, and execution of all construction works & personnel, for projects specialized in electrical and mechanical engineering to the tune of 180 to 200 crores per annum.
