Define implements and updates the internal procedures by keep in mind company brand standard & SOP’s.
Organize HACCP training sessions to Kitchen, Store & Service personnel. Sets up the compulsory yearly health
screening test & result for kitchen, Service & Housekeeping personnel as per requirement by company & ministry.
Coordinate external audit inspections as per organization requirement (Safety In Asia, TUI Health Inspection, Virgin
Holiday Audit, Earth-check Audit, Internal Mystery shopper Audits).
Responsible for monitor & advise on performance of the quality management system of resort, produce data and
statistical reports on performance, measuring against set standards & report to Head Office.
Forwards to appropriate departments the results of all analyses, audits and controls and proactively works towards
implementing any required corrective measures.
Liaise with managers & staffs throughout the organization to ensure that the quality system is functioning properly.
Advises on changes, their implementation & provides training, tools, techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

Prepare, communicate and implement an annual training plan for the hotel.
Ensure regular, scheduled training plans are subsequently implemented and followed in all departments.
Conduct training and orientation programs for associates at all levels at organization.
Prepare, monitor and control the hotel’s annual training budget.
Ensuring a sufficient number of qualified departmental trainers is available in every department.
Maintaining a comprehensive record of all training activities and efficient administration within the department
