3. Technical Services

4. Leading/Mentoring the team of chemical engineers & chemists to achieve the organization goals
- Established a Process Engineering Research Lab at Dholka & built a new process engineering team at Ankleshwar site
- Process intensification work (lab trials & scale-up till pilot stage) - applying new technology for available process OR fitting the process into new technology with some modifications - to achieve cost reduction / productivity improvement
