Dealing with A/P, Bills encoding, reviewing the JV's and A/R, Inventory including Costing, Generation of Reports. Book keeping, BRS, A/P & A/R reconciliations.
Book-Keeping including inventory and preparation of Final Accounts in compliance.
Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
Maintaining Petty cash.
Assistance in preparation of income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements and various other accounting statements for Management reports.
Maintenance of store records (Material Issues, Goods receive vouchers).
Preparing Bank Reconciliation statement.
Vendor Reconciliations.
Preparing sales repot and dealing with the bills receivables.
1.Book-Keeping including inventory and preparation of Final Accounts in compliance.
2.Taking care of VAT and filing of IT returns.
3.Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records
Provide first level functional and technical support to customers.
Preparing Financial Statements.
Key Account Management and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Provide on site customer support as and where required.
