EPC for Installation of 7 Nos Gas Compressors and associated facilities at Ankleshwar, Client: ONGC
Scope: Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Gas Compressor Packages at 3 locations including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Dismantling works.
EPC for Installation of Large Volume Discharge Manifold at Kuwait, Client: KNPC
Scope: Detailed Engineering Design, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of Large Volume Discharge Manifolds for Sea Fire water network at strategic locations of Tank Farm area in MAB Refinery of Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC).
Projects Handled:
EPC for creating Cold Bed Methane facilities at BOKARO, Client: ONGC (2017 - 18)
• Development of Gas gathering system and Produced water gathering system along with Gas Compression and Drying facilities.
• Development of 90 Nos Well Head locations, Processing of Gas and Produced Water produced from the wells at the well site separator.
• Laying of 165 Kms Pipeline (CS & HDPE) from Well Heads to three different Gas Processing sites.
EPC for Safe Routing of Safety Valves Project; Client: TAKREER (Abu Dhabi) ADNOC Group (2016 - 17)
• Managed both the shutdowns (RR in March-April 2016) and (ADR in February-March 2017) 5 days in advance in constrained and strict conditions
• Completed 1.4 Million Man hours (RR+ADR combined) without LTI and project though the project was in brown field inside refineries (RR & ADR), which was a challenging task.
EPC for Chemical Storage Terminal at Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah (2014- 16) Client: Hazel Middle East FZE
EPC for Cairn Aishwariya Rajasthan Oil Field Development Project; Client: Cairn India Ltd (2012- 14)
• Received appreciation from client for successful completion of project despite budget constraints & various local issues

• Konkola Copper Mines, Copper Smelter, 2007-08
• Hindustan Zinc Limited, Zinc Smelter Complex, 2008-09
• Gujarat Fluor-Chemicals Ltd., at Dahej in 2011-12
Highlight:
• Managed commissioning of Zinc Smelter, Sulphuric Acid Plant, Water Treatment Plant,
Wet Gas Cleaning Plant and Raw Material Handling Plant for Vedanta Group in Rajasthan (India) in 2009 and was recommended by client for deputation in Zambia (Africa) for one year for expediting of packages for commissioning of copper mines at Konkola Deep Mining Projects in Zambia (Africa) in 2010
