As On-Line Quality Officer:-
•Keeping a check on all the critical Quality parameters On-Line.
•Maintaining a Documented Record of all the parameters and readings.
•Keep a check on Expiry of the Raw Material used.
•Checking the Quality and Texture of the final product.
•Maintaining the Proper Packaging of the product.
•Sensory Evaluation - Checking the taste, flavor and appearance of the product from each and every batch.
•Maintaining Traceability.
As QA Microbiologist:-
•Carrying out Microbial Analysis of each and every batch of Final Product every day.
•Carrying out Microbial Analysis of each and every batch Raw Material received.
•Declaring results of the tests and documenting it.
•Carrying out chemical tests for Raw Material received.
•Carrying out BOD and COD tests for Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
•Carrying out tests for Air Count and Water Count every week.
•Carrying out Validation Tests for all the instruments and equipments in the laboratory
