I am working as a Lab Incharge for the Polymer research laboratory at "ADNOC Research and Innovation Center" which comes under the KUST (Khalifa University of Science and Technology) at its Sas Al Nakhl unit (The Petroleum Institute). I am managing the lab operations for the research projects for the polymer synthesis and characterization.
Working under Al Barrak contract at SABIC KEMYA. Working as a Lab specialist at SEP QA Lab. Establish test methods, equipments, ASTM, ISO and other relevant standards for testing of Elastomer products like MTBE, U&O, EPDM and TPE. Installation and start up of the Lab equipments like GC, HPLC, GPC, Hach instruments, Water tests, Hydrocarbon tests, Wet analysis, Finished products testing, Benchmarking and Customer complaint samples. Calibration and troubleshooting in Lab equipments. Manage day to day activities at Lab.
Research and Development for the Polyethylene and Polypropylene products, new grade developments, customer feedback and actions. Market data analysis and worked for the routine quality control and bench marking of various polymer grades.
My job role is to establish lab methods, machines, equipments and standards for the testing and application of Polymers like LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PP and PC.
I have 13 years of experience in the field of Laboratory for Polymer testing, Hydrocarbon testing, water analysis, chemical and effluent analysis in Quality Control as well as in Quality Assurance Laboratory. I have also worked for Polymer applications, testing, research, customer complaint handling. The polymers which i have worked with are Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, Polyvinyl Chloride.

I have completed my B.Sc. with chemistry as a major subject in the year 1994.
