• Identify common repeat failures on equipment to prevent reoccurrence using available data and communicate to Operations Manager
• Yard Management to ensure the technicians are servicing and repairs are carried out on to the highest quality
• Parts management for to minimize the damages
• Supervising the teams and supporting to manage the fleet availability.
• Technical Support to the team and clients whenever applicable.
• Proactively manage the technical team to ensure the maximum productivity is achieved.
• Conduct regular inspection of equipment within yard to ensure for ready to dispatch.
• Conduct induction, performance appraisal development and training of direct reports.
