• Building and executing the HR policies, procedures, and manuals in accordance with the labor law and company business activities.
• Reviewing and approving the final Payroll sheet (WPS) with management approvals and coordinating with accounts to release funds.
• Develops and implements the human resources strategy, participating and executing the hr annual budget forecasting in alignment with group business plans.
• Monitor and evaluate Project progress, SLAs, and Contractual obligations, and coordinate with finance on the variations. / If necessary apply the penalty Metrix accordingly and coordinate with the vendors.
• Formation of Strategic Plan including Retention Plan / Welfare Plan / Reward & Recognition, maintaining and executing throughout yr.
• Ensuring accurate allocation of benefits promptly to close the monthly payroll in consultation with a finance team and administering the group vacation planning, entitlements, and EOS settlements.
• Assisting the learning & training team by providing the necessary employee database to address the KPI cycle, TNA, and succession planning.
• Analyzing and creating Reports such as attrition reports, monthly management reports, and all ad hoc reports as requested by the management for decision-making.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues & employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
