• Managing & coordinating the Recruitment / Talent acquisition process ensuring that quality candidates are sourced promptly and within budgets. Accountable for all recruitments with output metrics covering as per the requisition & established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with key internal managers.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the selection process and use the insights to make improvements to the process in the talent acquisition process.
• Continuously develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans & provide sound analysis and advice to business heads on the selection process
• Creating various proposals and recommendations for amendments for revision and overseeing the communication of the amendments to all the employees such as increments, internal promotions, payout, ts, etc.
• Coordinated and attended international recruitments in Nepal / India / Sri Lanka and the Philippines finding the best-suited talents for our requirements.
• Assesses Training and development needs & develops or uses external sources to deliver unique training programs to fulfill workers’ specific needs to maintain or improve job skills with considering the costs and return on investment of any planned training or development programs and ensuring that these costs adhere to defined budgets.
• Creates (for in-house courses) and acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials & Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lectures, simulations, and videos
• Building and executing the HR policies, procedures, and manuals in accordance with the labor law and company business activities.
• Reviewing and approving the final Payroll sheet (WPS) with management approvals and coordinating with accounts to release funds.
• Develops and implements the human resources strategy, participating and executing the hr annual budget forecasting in alignment with group business plans.
• Monitor and evaluate Project progress, SLAs, and Contractual obligations, and coordinate with finance on the variations. / If necessary apply the penalty Metrix accordingly and coordinate with the vendors.
• Formation of Strategic Plan including Retention Plan / Welfare Plan / Reward & Recognition, maintaining and executing throughout yr.
• Ensuring accurate allocation of benefits promptly to close the monthly payroll in consultation with a finance team and administering the group vacation planning, entitlements, and EOS settlements.
• Assisting the learning & training team by providing the necessary employee database to address the KPI cycle, TNA, and succession planning.
• Analyzing and creating Reports such as attrition reports, monthly management reports, and all ad hoc reports as requested by the management for decision-making.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues & employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Resolving employee anomalies and employee counseling by taking necessary actions at its minimum level and following up on queries with the concerned management to minimize interruptions to the group’s operations.

Main Responsibilities -

• Carrying out below financial reports `with preparing the report, Petty Cash, Payroll sheets including WPS sheets (Salar’s), Monthly Staff Mobile and Site expenses reports, Supplier Debtor statement /Project receivable statement, Attendances and Staff / Workers OT on daily basis
• Prepares all END service and vacation settlements for the employees.
• Arranging all ISTHIMARA and vehicles needed documents timely manner and responsible for the
Coordinate and keep record all Transport on projects labor and intercompany staff daily usages.
• Managing and responsible for the Recruitment functionalities and government documentation preparing and submitting for below, Leave / Exit formalities, Medical and finfingerprintrmalities, Qatar Resident permit formalities, Staff’s Employment Contracts
• Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. (All external trainings)
• Preparing itinerary for Managing Director, Director's outstation visits, necessary documents, booking of tickets et, c. (Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements)

Team Managing Tasks & Responsibilities -

• Monitoring the entire gamut of tasks in recruitment from the workforce agents, local hires and recruitment agreements, sourcing, screening, selection and appointment, and placing.
• Managing and updating all human resources files including personal bank details, CVs, work visas, passport control, medical insurance benefits, worker accommodation necessaries, security keys, pre-and post-employment correspondence, etc. by Company guidelines and applicable laws of Qatar.
• Schedule Management, Records & Reports & Staff Supervision (Daily basic work schedules for all workers and submit progress reports for ongoing projects)
• Coordinating the purchasing of the materials for the sites and making LPO and PO for the sub-supplier works.
• Handling daily transportation on Staff and site materials purchasing drivers to meet site demanded materials to be on site accordingly and record all details.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs and company policies.

• Plan and manage all recruitment and selection procedures including job
Descriptions, job ads, Initial Screening, shortlisting and scheduling interviews etc. (Be Well versed and up-to-date with Qatar Labour Law and Disciplinary actions and update policy documents accordingly)
• Updating all attendance, OT and prepare Payroll sheets including WPS sheets and submit to the bank.
• Assisting and arrange documents to the Mandooq to arrange Commercial Registration, Computer Card, Employment Visa/Contracts, QID, Health Card.
• Coordinate materials requests with Engs and Managing all purchasing for the sites and arrange the LPOs and payments.
• Prepare and update all invoices and variations to the system, colleting cheques and releasing supplier payments.
• Follow-up actions and keeping record on the Projects and drafting letters, receiving and replying emails accordingly.
• Responsible for the company vehicles, transportations, outsourced manpower, and deploying manpower to the sites including company workers and site supervisors
• Manage, investigate, and resolve all employee complaints related to employment, compliance or HR issues

• Manage, review and update HRM performance system and provide Support to line-managers.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategy and talent Management initiatives within Antler Group.
• Works closely with the HR team and responds to current plans in a timely manner, to ensure delivery of up-to-date, accurate information.(Work Flow Management/Work Studies/Workers Rewards Plan)
• Responsible for all organizational learning and development activities including staff and other committees.(Arranging seminars, Closely monitor performance levels on workers/staff, Updating educational achievements, Production flow trainings, Monthly Motivational speeches)
• Reviews and researches specified materials on a regular basis, in order to continually gain knowledge in specified areas, on specified topics (Victoria Secret / Nike / Adidas - Production Lines .etc)
• Prepares summaries and KPI reports about selected content, for use by seniors and Director Board.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends/insights - Analyses supported includes, product analytics, channel analytics, customer behavior analytics, marketing analytics, etc.
• Conduct reporting, including forecast reporting from data sources, to support future business requirements.
• Create presentations, graphs, dashboards, etc. to display findings and results utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Manage and keep up-to-date all HR administration systems including salaries & increments, leave, probation and training. In addition, will ensure the full and optimum utilization of the online HRMP system

• New joiner on-boarding including creating and issuing offers and contracts, completing background screening, creating new positions, hiring new workers in Workday and requesting IT access.
• Leaver processing including calculation of leave, preparation of leaver letters, terminating workers on Workday and requesting IT to terminate access to systems.
• Liaising with the Payroll team to ensure joiners, changes, and leavers are processed in-line with payroll deadlines.
• Maintain and coordinate daily transportation for employees and CAB voucher bills.
• HR systems administration daily.
• Workday systems support, interface management and system upgrades.
• Update SOP’s and maintains company user guides.
• Running weekly data cleansing reports and monthly JML (Joiners/Movers/Leavers) reconciliation.
• Processing changes including changes to roles, compensation, notice periods, probationary period reviews, and appraisals
• Providing references for current and former employees and preparing their experience letters.
• Processing purchase orders and invoices for payment
