• Evaluating & recommending the contractor for their submittals as per the Contract especially during the mobilization stage of project.
• Preparing & Reviewing Handover plan & Schedule. Prepare and Monitor the Trackers for Snags, Deliverables and Outstanding works for all the End users.
• Preparation of Project Dashboards, Cost Reports and Progress presentations for Client and Management
• Preparing Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plans
