Reviewing the Contractor’s Baseline, Execution & Revised Planning packages and providing appropriate recommendation to Client.
• Updating PRIMAVERA project schedule, analyzing delays & accomplishments to keep the stakeholders well informed.
• Ensure that baseline covers all contractual scope of works with effective Milestones completion dates as per the contract.
• Following up and guide the contractor in issuing the revised planning packages after incorporating the client approved change orders.
• Prepare 'S' curves, bar charts and earned value analysis reports on weekly and monthly basis for the client information.
• Preparing high level control estimates and monitoring and reporting to the Client.
