Employee induction & joining formalities.
Ensure timely issuance of salary/settlement memos to Accounts Department for employees travelling on leave/exit which helps the employee to receive all his benefits prior to departure.
End of contact settlement & travel update in HRMIS.
Memos: Airfare reimbursement memo, recovery / deduction memo, salary difference memo, memo for allowances like HRA, food, transportation etc. PIP/Bonus Memo.
Handling all allowances like housing, food, school fees & transportation. (Entire process).
Workday: New hiring, assigning pay group & grades, project transfers, promotions, contract amendments, deletion of left employees, calculation of various allowance such as HRA, food, hardship, project specific & transportation.
Coordination with travel department for emergencies, demobilization & exit cases.
Coordination with site administrator for timesheets, insurance cards, Iqama, driving license & employee grievances.
