Daily Responsibilities:
• Plans, schedule and review of day to day operation and maintenance activities of HVAC/Electro- Mechanical equipments of Etisalat sites and Buildings in Abu Dhabi region.
• Organize, control and monitor new installation and also performs testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical system of new telecom sites and buildings in accordance with the guidelines and company procedures.
• Supervise, administers and rectify of all major faults in all HVAC system like: A/C, Ventilation, Heaters and mechanical system of Etisalat as well as overall maintenance of machinery and equipments as required in the Etisalat head office.
• Participate in the establishing maintenance and operational strategies and guidelines as per the Client’s policies and procedures.
• Site visits to review, check and fix the actual problems of BMS/electro-mechanical system.
• Regular follow up, monitor and control of following HVAC systems by using MAXIMO 6.2 as a computerized maintenance package:
