• Communication Line Troubleshooting and Repair - supports line technicians in troubleshooting telephone lines, and repairing the faults (includes changing lines, splicing, and re-layout of lines)
• DSL Troubleshooting and Repair - supports DSL troubleshooting by isolating the network, and adjusting network parameters (includes changing modems, remote troubleshooting, and re-configuring network)
• Main Distribution Frame Maintenance and Operations - supports MDF activities like transferring line connections, isolation of communication lines under repair, and connecting a new line for a new subscriber
• Corenet Maintenance and Operations - supports Corenet activities like lay-outing of new fiber lines, checking communications with other substations, Fiber splicing and fusion
