• Provide Concept, Preliminary and Detailed Irrigation System Design Layouts for Landscape Projects. (Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, India.)
• Prepare Control Wiring Layout, Main line layout, location of pipes, valves, sprinklers and drip risers etc. with installation details.
• Drafting with the implementation of company standards for various clients like QP, ADWEA, etc.
• Prepare Piping Layouts for Swimming Pools and Water Features.
• Preparation of detailed drawings and component drawings.
• Ensure the quality of the drawings both technically and cosmetically.
• Manage and co-ordinate the CAD during design and review all CAD works.
• Responsible for guiding the team with the required technicalities related to CAD standards
• Irrigation Pump Room Equipment Mechanical Layouts and sections.
• Providing Bill of Quantities for QS estimation.
• Layout setup, creating plot files, pdf, dwf and Bind Drawings. Drawings
• Co-ordinate with disciplines like Mechanical, Structural and Architectural at various stages of design for successful and timely design completion.
• Soft Landscape Quantities for Water estimation purposes.

• Preparing drawings of all kinds of International Project - using AutoCAD.
• Data Conversion, Data collection, Custom Application Development, Database Design & Development.
• Mapping Gas pipe Line and electrical cabling for various projects.
• Responsible for guiding the team with the required technicalities related to CAD standards
• Ensure the quality of the drawings both technically and cosmetically.
• Manage and co-ordinate the CAD during design and review all CAD works
• SKETCK (for collecting the tax of residential building in one County).

• Preparation of Building Plan, Section and Elevation to various residential projects ranging from Villas to high-rise residential buildings, as per local authority regulation and international guidelines.
• Preparation of MEP service drawings as per local authority standards for various high and low raise projects.
• Coordinating between different departments for approval of various projects.
• Drafting architectural layout for commercial buildings and residential building projects.
