Together with my colleagues in IT support provided support for all IT related issues on campus.
Acted as the first point of contact for the staff and students for IT related queries and issues.
• ADUC operations including creating and disabling user accounts and access privileges based on department and designation. Various account operations including reset, unlock, access change
etc. Adding computers to the respective security groups etc among other operations.
• Familiar with the operation of Zoho ManageEngine helpdesk SDP for managing IT helpdesk
tickets.
o Attended tasks without violating the SLA’s. Contributed to the creation of categories in SDP
for ticket classifications in the beginning.
• Familiar with various modules of Zoho ManageEngine Desktop Central for the management of computers on campus. desktop central modules: -
Patch management, OS deployment, Inventory management, Remote desktop, remote file
access etc. among others.
• Assisted during the implementation of Canon ImageRunner Uniflow print management solution.
o Assistance provided to students and faculty with the operation of the same.
• Manned the Support telephone extension in turns with the team.
• Assisted with the campus wide domain migration of computers as the college was elevated to a
university.
• Provide support to 250+ staff and 1800+ students with the helpdesk ticketing System.
• Familiar with Honeywell CCTV system on Campus for managing 12 NVRs with 350+ cameras.
Configured the system for several users based on the security clearance for the staff
• Support provided to 700 + computers, 50+ Laptops, 50+ Network printers, 20+ Enterprise photocopiers on the campus.
• Familiar with Exterity digital signage solution for the management of 40+ digital signage displays
on campus.
• Familiar with Bose PA system solution for PA announcements and audio streaming.
• Assistance provided to Sys Admin with managing the Office365 and AD
administration for the staff and students.
• Assisted Network administrator with troubleshooting network connections across the campus when needed which spans across 3 buildings connected to the server room through fiber, 22 IDF rooms with switches and patch panels.
• Familiar with Extron system for Digital classroom as well as meeting room systems.
• Familiar with the working of Condeco meeting room booking solution.
• Assisted in setting up 8 new computer labs during my tenure in AIU.
• Assisted the team in managing the Nedap door access system and Loxs AEOS locker system for
the proximity card based systems in campus.
• Assistance provided to the network admin with allocation of IP phone extension numbers and
configuring user profiles on IP phones.
• Conducted Weekly classrooms and computer labs checks with the approved checklist.
• Familiar with Nisca Cardpresso ID card printing solution for printing Staff and student Id cards.
Trained in creating card templates. Managing door access depending upon the privilege granted
to them.
• Familiar with the Logitech videoconferencing room solution with Zoom integration, 360 degree
Pan camera, concealed microphones etc.

DMX Control Console)

In charge of Creative Children International School and TMC General Trading and Contracting Co.
and occasional assistance to the IT dept. in Canadian Bilingual school (Khaitan) which is our sister
concern.
• Responsible for handling ~70 computers, servers, Sophos XG 310 firewall, 32 Camera 2 DVR
Nuvico CCTV system, 8 portable camera system for school vans, NAS storage, Fiber and DSL
internet line, MOE data line, routers, switches, biometric attendance system for staff, wireless
access points, photocopiers, ~30 printers (local & network), ~20 projectors(interactive/normal)
etc. in CCIS and computers, Server, Sophos XG 135 firewall, Sophos wireless access-point, DSL
line and printers (local & network) in TMC.
• Provide comprehensive IT support for both the institutions.
• Managing 80+ users using Microsoft Office365. Administrating all ECP operations and email
policies and security settings, data retention policies, licenses, email monitoring/forwarding
policies, distribution lists, statistics and various reports.
• Trained all the staff and students in Microsoft Teams for the implementation of E-Learning
adapted during the ongoing pandemic in 2020. Trained the staff and the students in virtual
classroom tools including video conferencing, collaboration and assessment modules.
• Implementation in Microsoft Teams, classroom creation and management of numerous groups
with teachers, students, administration and management.
• Various usage reports (weekly/monthly) generated for the school management regarding the
usage and time utilization of MS Teams by the teachers and the students.
• Basic active directory operations, administration and group policy administration in a server
environment.
• Administration of Firewall and setting firewall policies as per requirement.
• Familiar with server administration and file server operations and handling the backup of these
servers.
• Familiar with all the operations of industrial photocopier Ricoh Mp2501 and Ricoh MP3010.
• Familiar with RJ45 cable crimping and basic networking operations and troubleshooting.
• Managing school attendance system using fingerprint system from ZkTeco, managing timetables,
schedules and leaves.
• Configuring and managing CCTV cameras and management of PA system for the school.
• Have conducted staff training sessions for various softwares that were implemented in the school.
• Providing IT Security solutions for our institutions. Well versed with Kaspersky administrative
server operations (KSC 11) for centrally managing workstations, deploying software updates and
antivirus signature updates. Classification of users (administrators, high risk, low risk etc.) and
custom policies for various user categories.
• Managing Windows OS and MS Office licenses.
