1. RESPONSE TO SALES INQUIRIES
Providing accurate details to the customer for their queries. updating the customers regarding their orders status by emails or phone calls. and timely follow ups to get the orders.
2. ACQUIRING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS.
Mainly focuses on getting orders from customers by going outdoors and processing the same.
3. ORDER PROCESSING.
To execute the orders by making the necessary entries in the system on time and ensure the supply is made without any delay and timely follow up on orders and loading schedules.
4. LOGISTICS & DELIVERY.
Coordinating with transport department by providing daily schedule, also with the stock team and customer to ensure smooth and timely delivery as per the customer requirements.
5. PRODUCTION FOLLOW UP.
Coordinating with the production team and ensuring that the material is produced accordingly to the set priorities accordingly in order to avoid delays in the deliveries.
6. ACCOUNTS ACTIVITIES.
To follow up with the customers regarding the payment collection. issuing credit notes and debit notes. arranging proper LC documents.
7. NEW DEVELOPMENTS FOLLOW UP.
To ensure the complaints are attended to on time with priority and the issue is closed at the earliest and at the same time maintain the related records.
My main role in the company is to go through the Payroll function and time management system of the employees.
Right now i'm going through all the aspects of HR including Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development
