Manpower Planning:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive manpower plan that aligns with business objectives and growth
strategies across all operational areas and regions.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand workforce requirements and
recommend competencies needed.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

turnover rates, exit interview analysis, and other relevant metrics.
