• Act as a consultant and single point of contact for the employees and leaders of the team
• Build strong & strategic relationships with business heads and act as a trusted business advisor
• Managing the overall employee lifecycle for ~300 employees encompassing individuals from diverse nationalities, such as Indians, Brazilians, Japanese, Koreans, Taiwanese, Indonesians & Saudi Arabians at all levels, including leadership for business verticals - Customer Service, Marketing, Strategy, Sales & Technology
• Business Partnering with stakeholders on workforce planning, people cost, budget cost and key business objectives
• Understand the pulse of the team and suggest HR interventions, coach and guide managers on a timely basis by conducting regular one-on-one
• Foster high performance culture by identifying hi-pos through HR tools like 9-box grid & Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
• Drive change management projects like team restructuring and a defined career path/ progression
• Responsible for hiring the best culture fit employees. Enabling smooth onboarding for the international staff as well as leaders
• Review & analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience in terms of performance, development, engagement scores, attrition
• Conducting compensation benchmarking on a timely basis for all functions as well as leadership roles across industries and levels
• Data Analytics: Trends in cost & headcount analysis trend during restructuring or OD related projects, analyzing costs of low performers org wide, and offering diverse data perspectives based on business requirements

Developed and maintained organizational charts of the Bank and helped the CARO team to submit the same to the RBI for audit purposes, Developed the Joining Kit docket for new joining in CO, Part of Focus Group: Driving clean desk policy for Axis House
